IHSA Equestrian team club

The Auburn IHSA Equestrian team club is an all-inclusive club designed to welcome anyone interested in riding and showing horses at the collegiate level. We accept riders with no horse experience and also riders who have lived their whole life in the horse show ring. The disciplines of riding we offer is Hunt seat flat and jumping and also Western horsemanship and reining. There is also the opportunity to be a non riding general member for the club with volunteering opportunities and hands-on experience with basic horse care and safety. This is a team based club and our main focus is team work and representing Auburn well, through competitions throughout the south.

Staple Events/Programs:
Our yearly events consist of tryouts in the fall, working pony rides at NCEA meets, yearly home shows each semester, community service events and fundraisers, and an end of the year banquet. Our next home show is February 1st, 2020 and it will consist of 2 Western shows.
